Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. To enter the Giveaway, log on to www.waterpik.com ("Web site"), click on the buttons, banners, and/or links to access the online entry form and fill in the requested information. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your Internet service provide will apply.
Entries may be submitted after 12:00 p.m. (mst) October 1, 2008. Entries must be received no later than 12:00 p.m. (mst) October 30, 2008. Limit one entry per person. Limit one prize per person.
This Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington D.C., who are 18 years of age and older as of time of entry, except the employees of Water Pik ("Sponsor") and members of its immediate families. Void where prohibited by law and subject to all federal, state, and local laws.
Entries that are lost, late, illegible, incomplete, misdirected or incompletely received, including by reason of technical malfunction, congestion or incompatibility, will not be eligible. No telephone calls will be accepted.
Each winner will be awarded:
1 (ONE) Waterpik® AquaScape™ Ultra (ASE-833) chrome rain shower head (value: $99.99)
and
1 (ONE) Waterpik® Ultra Dental Water Jet WP-100 (value: $59.99).
Ten (10) winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about November 3, 2008, from all eligible entrants. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winners will be notified by mail and/or by e-mail. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. A winner must comply with all instructions in the prize notification and winner's complete response must be received by Sponsor within 14 days of the date on the prize notification. If not, the prize will be forfeited. Winner may be asked to complete an affidavit and release.
No substitution or transfer of prizes will be allowed. Upon delivery of any prize to winner, Sponsor will be deemed to have awarded the prize to the winner with winner assuming full ownership and responsibility for the prize.
By entering and/or accepting a prize, winner releases and agrees to hold harmless Sponsor, its parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, directors, officers, employees, representatives, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind, including death, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize or participation in this Giveaway. Acceptance of prize constitutes consent to use winner's name and likeness for editorial, advertising and publicity purposes, without further compensation, except where prohibited.
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any entry of this Giveaway in the event that it becomes infected by a computer virus or is otherwise technically impaired. In the event of early termination, a random drawing will be held from among all eligible entries received at the time of termination. Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the Giveaway or the Web site.
Liability for any applicable federal, state or other taxes will be the sole responsibility of the winner.
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States with venue in Larimer County in the State of Colorado. By entering, you agree to be bound by these rules and you give your express permission to be contacted by Sponsor by e-mail and/or mail.
