I did lots of research online before I chose this Waterpik. I didn’t see any review about how very noisy this unit is. It’s super loud & has lots of vibration. The results r great & I love how it feels while using. I just make sure that I use it before my family goes to bed so it doesn’t wake up the entire house.

I like the power and the wireless operation via charging. I would like the water tank to be larger. And I find the heads with the attached brushes makes it harder to position the jet stream of water accurately between my teeth.

Customer service is horrible. No matter what you say is the issue it is ALWAYS your fault. I ended up just throwing it away and buying another brand that seems alot better. My first and last waterpik product ever!!!!!!

Q: The product is currently in use, but the charging indicator is blinking slowly and is non-functional. Pressing the power button has no effect. I have cleaned the charging port and charged it for an additional 4 to 5 hours, yet there is no improvement.
