I’ve noticed a big difference in the sensitivity of my teeth since I started using my Waterpik. My teeth aren’t as sensitive and they don’t hurt. My gums aren’t bleeding anymore either

Challenging On/Off Slide

Fire people with hand or finger challenges, the On/Off slide switch is difficult to use. I almost always end up spraying my face or the mirror. I believe it would work much better if it was actually a toggle switch. Other than the switch, it works great.

Q: My cordless express water flosser is no longer under warranty. The tip won't stay locked in when the unit is turned on and water is pulsing. But when unit is turned off, the tip appears to be fully locked in place.

A: Hello Jawc - No, you don't. While flossing, place the tip in your mouth, close your lips mostly, lean over the sink, and turn it on. A: Hello Deanne - This model will only work with AA batteries. There are two pressure settings and they can be adjusted by the slide switch on the front of the unit. Keep in mind, that if you have not been flossing regularly, it may take a few weeks of daily water flossing to strengthen your gums.
