This was a replacement item. Customer Service made it easy to get the replacement and it was delivered in a reasonable amount of time. The Waterpik SF-04CD010-1 does exactly what it is supposed to. I highly recommend.

Q: The water pik part of the unit will stop working. I have to unplug the unig and wait a couple of minutes and then plug it baqck in. The brush part works. The unit shuts off after a minute of use(the water pik part). Could it be the waterpik on/off switch

Q: This is my second fusion 2.0. I replaced the original after less than a year because the hose sprung leaks. The new one is doing the same, after about 8 months of use. Can the hose be replaced? This is too expensive to keep buying new once per year.

Q: Bought and not used this Sonic Fusion 2.0. stayed sealed in box. Took out and charged 12/2024. So been in box for 3 years. Is this why it’s not working? Something to do with the battery? I read battery cannot be replaced? Any info would be great!
