Toothbrush will not go on with a full Charge

Liked the product COMPLETE CARE until a month ago when the toothbrush stopped working. If I fiddle with it sometimes it will go on but I do not have time every time I need to brush my teeth to spend trying to get it started. It shows fully charged and is very frustrating. There is no battery replacement so I am without an option.

Expensive Trash

Expensive junk, I spent over a hundred dollars on trash. Did not make it pass the first use. I won't recommend or re-purchase from this company.

This is my 2nd Waterpik. The 1st was purchased around 1975 and the hose recently went bad. I really like having the additional toothbrush much better than the manual one I was using. I had a film over my teeth that went away after using the new toothbrush. Love it!

Well I was happy for 3 1/2 years but 2 time my unit is not turning on but the electric toothbrush is charging when I plug it in the wall do not turn on by the switch does that mean the unit is no good? I am very dissapointed in water pic products that do not last more than a few years and the warrent is only 1-2 years long wont be buying anymore of this brand

I wish I bought this earlier in life, it would have saved my teeth and gums. The only problem was one of the toothbrushes was damaged and doesn't fit, it's broken inside. You probably should offer some kind of discount for additional toothbrushes.
