Adequate device.

The device works well providing a substantial amount of water pressure. My biggest concern I feel is that the reservoir does not have a large enough capacity. Seems like it must be refilled too often to thoroughly clean all my teeth.

Hello Macii - If you haven't flossed in a while, your gums might be sensitive. When starting with water flossing, start off easy and gradually increase the pressure as you get more comfortable and your gums get better. However, if pain and bleeding are severe or if they persist, we recommend speaking with your dental provider.

A: Hello 52Sue -To clean the jet tips, soak them in a container of hydrogen peroxide or white vinegar for 5-7 minutes. After soaking, rinse the tips under running water.

A: Hello Joe33 - The Pik Pocket Tip will fit. However, this is a specialty tip used for delivering medicaments to a periodontal pocket, which can require precise placement during use. You may find that a countertop unit is better suited for this more precise placement. If you are looking for a general tip for everyday use with a cordless model, we recommend the Classic Tip or the Plaque Seeker Tip.

Q: I have used my cordless water flosser about 3 days and it started pulsing instead of a steady stream. Changed batteries, same result. It does it on the softer setting too?
