Leaked from the beginning

The unit leaked from where the hose connects to the "handset", even before I plugged into electrical power.

Sorry to say that my 5-6 year old Water Pik just died. So, I am on your website to get another one! I love the Water Pik and it does such a good job with my gums and teeth! I hate to be without my Water Pik for even a day, but it will be nice to get a brand new one!

The answer for folks with irregularly spaced teeth

Flossing for me is not very effective for teeth far apart and impossible for teeth hard up against each other. This tool helps thoroughly clean and rinse all those narrow to wide passages. I highly recommend this easy to set up and use device.

So far so good. I have used this for 3 weeks. My old Waterpiks got very gross. Unfortunately there is no way to thoroughly clean these machines. I picked this model because it seemed to be middle of the as far as features and price go. I really like how the handle attaches magnetically. This machine works well.

An upgrade from the cordless portable waterpik

I’m enjoying the larger tank even though the machine is small. I am able to empty the tank completely and dry it between uses. This system came with a variety of tips. The tongue cleaner is amazing. I have noticed some people said their machines wouldn’t turn on. This one has a power button on the tank and on the wand. Waterpik has made a dramatic improvement in my gum health and I wouldn’t want to be without these water flossers.

Q: Stuck handle, button will not move to the off position. Even in this mode, water will not come out of the tip. Owned the product for one month. What is going on?

Q: Can you use mouthwash instead of water?

A: Hello - Yes, a basic mouthwash can be used. However, it does need to be diluted with water at no more than a 1:1 ratio. Please ensure that you run a reservoir of just water through the unit after every use to flush any residual mouthwash out of the water pathway. A: Hello DocD - Units sold in the USA and Canada are for use in the USA and Canada only. The 120voltage and 60/hertz/frequency rates are not compatible with international currents, even with the use of a converter. Using this model with international currents will result in motor failure and is not covered by the warranty. We do manufacture units specifically for use in other countries, please see the international distributor list which can be found at http://www.waterpik.com/distributors.
