Did Not Hold A Charge

Had to return as it would not hold a charge! I tried to charge this item several times. ONCE it let me use it for about 2 minutes and then it died. All the other times I tried to use it - it was as dead as a door nail.

For future reference, to clean them, ensure the unit is not plugged in and clean the charging contacts on the unit and the charger with a cloth or cotton swab and distilled white vinegar. Disappointing

It’s bulky and awkward to handle. Runs for a very short time due to the small water reservoir. The water pressure at its top level is not strong enough. Total waste of money.

A: Hello LoisH- We do not recommend our water flosser products be used for removing tonsil stones. It is designed to be used along the gum line and in between teeth. This product is capable of producing pressures that may cause serious damage to this and other delicate areas.

A: Hello- Every 1-3 months, we recommend adding 1 tablespoon of white vinegar to a full reservoir of warm water and letting the solution run through your unit and into the sink. Ensure to follow up with a full reservoir of clean, warm water immediately afterward to rinse out the vinegar.

Q: the unit has been plugged in overnight and it still hasn't charged. Lights are on. Plug is working. Unit has only been out of use about 3 weeks. What's wrong?
