Not great.

Not what expected. It is very loud and the cord is very stiff. It did not come with a plug for the charging cable. The actual function is fine but would not purchase again.

It is designed for use in the bathroom and to have a sound level appropriate for the space. Also, in an effort to reach our environmental goals, our newer units will not include outlet plugs or “bricks”. However, the charging cord is compatible with most standard wall bricks that many of us already have from other products.

Great Cordless Water pick with good pressure to clean teeth. Its lightweight enough to store on the bathroom counter top. I had the regular plug-in corded model before but this one is alot better

The wireless Rechargeable Waterpik is a real improvement over the prior models. It's easy to fill, use and clean, and has a much smaller profile. The magnet in the handle could be a bit stronger as it can be difficult to engage unless to use the exact angle. Also, I feel that the water container should clip into the base. All in all, I really like this new design, and it does a good cleaning job.

Have needed this for awhile and now I cant live without it. I use it every day sometimes twice a day. I like that is smaller and fits on my counter well so it easily filled and used for q quick cleanup. You cana dial in the strength of the power flow for whatever you need, easy off and on, magnetic wand holder is a little awkward at first but the hose curls by itself for storage behind the wand All in all it is a great irrigator with several tips for whatever you need.

A: Hello psr52- When charging, the light indicator will glow and when it is fully charged, you should see a faster flash every 3 seconds. A full charge recharge should take approximately 4.5-5 hours.

Q: The WF-11W010-1 I purchased a month ago has stopped working.The light flashes very quickly but the machine won't turn on. I checked all connections, wiggled the switches, all the usual. It still won't work. Help!

Q: The WF-11W010-1 we purchased a month or two ago has stopped working. I failed to send in the warranty paperwork so I'm not expecting warranty work, just answers -- The button on the machine flashes blue very quickly but the flosser won't turn on.
