Big issue!

The only problem (and it's a big one ) is that there seems to be no way to keep the slide open, while using it!! WHY???

This is a really nice waterpik especially since it is cordless, you can use it anywhere, the only problem I have and it is no fault of the waterpik is the hole is to small for me to fill with water because my eyesight is very bad and I can’t see the hole very easy

I really like the Waterpik. Small and easy to use. Love that I can make smaller when not in use. However sometimes it does not spray correctly. Goes in spurts instead of steady stream. Not sure if there is a way to correct when this happens

Works well, but the tank-to-body joint leaks water out, like the seal is defective. The first one I had similar to this one did not leak this way.

Great, compact unit that needs better battery life

It is an excellent, compact, easy to travel with and use at home unit, however, the battery charge needs to be improved upon and last at least twice as long. The battery gets depleted too fast. Otherwise, it would get 5 stars

Love the Waterpik Slide!

Wasn’t sure about buying such a compact device, but I love everything about this one! It’s convenient to pack and the power is really good, particularly for such a small device. Love also that the battery lasts as long as it does. To dry the water reservoir, I have a small microfiber cloth and use it to dry the detached reservoir. Highly recommend this one whether you travel or not!

Q: How do you remove pinkish particles that sticks to the inside of the reservoir. Can't take apart to clean.

A: Hello Milland - The reservoir can be removed from the unit for easy cleaning. It should be cleaned weekly to prevent buildup. The unit will remember the last setting when turned off (press and hold if within 5s of turn on, short press after running for more than 5s).
