My Waterpik is pretty good. I have one thing I am not happy with. The switch is so stiff so have trouble getting the lower speed. High speed is too intense.

Very portable for travel situations but it requires consecutive fillings of the tanks for effective cleaning.

Low power setting too strong

We purchased this to replace an older model and returned it after 2 days because Waterpik tech support confirmed that the low power setting was pumping water at pressure higher than specified. It hurt our gums when used. Replaced with an ION model with adjustable pressure control which is wonderful.

I feel like I get a really good cleaning. I like the USB charging rather than my previous pic that was a electric plug in charger. However, not quite a fan of the water reservoir filling design. When I'm finished, there is still a little bit of water left. I leave the cover open to let it evaporate.

A: Hello- After flossing, be sure to dry the unit between uses. Open the reservoir fill door and place the reservoir on its side to allow any condensation to evaporate.
