Not What I Expected!

I have returned the WF-21W010. It was not what I expected and was not easy to use. It seemed to be splashing water all over, and the tank emptied too quickly and had to be refilled to often. This was especially difficult in a shower. Also, I was very uncomfortable with the pulsating water even with the lower flow. It actually hurt my gums.

No, I do not recommend this product.

I would like to enjoy the water pik, but the water pressure is so strong that it made my gums blood and cheek . Can you tone the water pressure it would be great. Yes I would be trying the kids water pik to see how strong the pressure.

Not worth the cost, water capacity is way to small, water drips out of flossing attachment while flossing causing a very wet experience and it is difficult to dry chamber between uses

A: Hello scooter2 - The Pik Pocket Tip will fit. However, this is a specialty tip used for delivering medicaments to a periodontal pocket, which can require precise placement during use. You may find that a countertop unit is better suited for this more precise placement. If you are looking for a general tip for everyday use with a cordless model, we recommend the Classic Tip or the Plaque Seeker Tip.

A: Hello enaj - The Enhance should be used with it in the most upright position possible. It is easy to empty the reservoir after use via the water inlet or at the top of the reservoir once it is removed from the unit.
