New WP user

This is my first time using a WaterPik device. It was easy to use once I understood the volume or the water flow rate controls. The assortment of jets were somewhat confusing but I use what I felt worked best for me. Overall, my mouth feels cleaner. I love using it. The only improvement I would recommend is a quieter motor. Last, I could not locate the tongue cleaner in any stores. Is that attachment available for purchase?

Is it manufactured only for usa?

I purchased the waterpik nano wp320 for use in europe and as soon as i plugged in the device the waterpik was working for a few seconds but then it shut off completely which came with a burning smell. i think the motor is blown i did all the first use steps correct pls assist me with this issue

Hello nikoniko - This model is compatible with 120v, 60hz only and is meant for use in North America. Using a converter will not change the hertz and can damage the unit, voiding the warranty. I would have given it a 5 🌟 rating,but it is rather loud. Overall, it is great for a bathroom vanity that is small. I love the amount of speed settings it has. For the size, it packs a wallup.

On off switch is hard to use. Pik sometimes comes off and water goes everywhere. Knowing these things I have work arounds. Use it every day.

This is a nicely sized water pick. It doesn’t take up much room. And I believe it will be easy to travel with. Iam however disappointed in the on and off switch on the pik. It stopped working. The on and off on main unit still works. I set speed at lowest level put the pik next to gum line and turn it on and then increase speed.

This is a great option Waterpik. Whether you have space on your shelf or counter or if you have small space, it's a great addition to your dental health.. It may be 'nano' but it has great spraying power. I highly recommended this product.
