Product worked great until it died last night. Had it for only five months lol, should have got a warranty on it but I didn’t think anything of it and would be necessary? I thought it would last at least a couple of years but no didn’t last even one.It charges, changed the tip and I can’t flush it because it made a noise as if I knew it was never going to work again. Do not recommend this unless you feel like wasting your money, just go traditional flossing.

Q: I have an old WP-360 that had the wall adapter. I'm very disappointed to see that the new version only comes with a USB cable. Is the wall adapter/cord from the old version compatible with the new version of this water flosser?

A: Hello Anonymous517- We're sorry to hear you are disappointed. To help reduce electronic waste, our newer units no longer include an outlet plug. The provided charging cord is compatible with most standard wall adapters that many people already own. It requires an industry-standard USB charger with an output rating of 5V, 1A. However, if you have a charger from a previous WP-360 model, it will work with this new unit.

Q: Hello, I am charging my WP-360 for the first time and already have it plugged in & charging for 15 hours and the green light is still flashing. When does the green light stop flashing?

A: Hello Levi21- The cable stops charging after 20 hours. If disconnected or if power is interrupted, the timer resets, and it charges for another 20 hours. This can happen with a light switch or during a power outage.

Q: How long does the WP360 take to recharge? Does the flashing green light on the charging cord ever go out?

A: Hello wew1 - The flashing light is on a timer and will shut off after 20 hours. However, if the unit is unplugged during the 20-hour timer, it will restart when plugged back in. We recommend charging the unit overnight (8-10 hours) after every 6-8 reservoirs of water.

Q: I can’t get the water reservoir back off and I don’t like to fill it with it attached because the whole thing gets wet and that’s how my last one broke

A: Hello Tara83- Sorry to hear you're having trouble with the reservoir. To remove it, just flip the top water inlet back and push it against the power handle, using the flip top as a lever.
