Good product for the cost.

I do like the convenience in that it is much easier to travel with. I wish it was easier to fill, but that could be due to the fact that my sink, while it is longer, is shallower so I cannot get it under the spigot to fill. I've managed to come up with a simple solution though, so it's not the end of the world.

Unit is 2000% better than the corded and hosed model I had like 10 years ago. You may want to emphasize that the blue tank stays on during flossing. At first glance I thought it was a separate unit.

I bought this when the hose on my different waterpik broke. It doesn’t hold as much water and doesn’t have the pressure as my other one. I found I could replace the hose on old one so I gifted this one to my daughter.

The WP-360 has been wonderful. The first one I received was damaged, but Waterpik quickly replaced it. I started using this right after my dental cleaning. Six months later at my next cleaning, my hygienist wanted to know what I was doing differently because I barely needed the cleaning. It's simple to use. Just fill with water make sure it's in your mouth and then turn it on. It's small and doesn't take up much space so it's great to take with you on a trip. The battery lasts a long time. We lost power for 12 days and it was still working when the power came back on.

Q: Hello, I am charging my WP-360 for the first time and already have it plugged in & charging for 15 hours and the green light is still flashing. When does the green light stop flashing?

A: Hello Levi21- The cable stops charging after 20 hours. If disconnected or if power is interrupted, the timer resets, and it charges for another 20 hours. This can happen with a light switch or during a power outage.

Q: How long does the WP360 take to recharge? Does the flashing green light on the charging cord ever go out?

A: Hello wew1 - The flashing light is on a timer and will shut off after 20 hours. However, if the unit is unplugged during the 20-hour timer, it will restart when plugged back in. We recommend charging the unit overnight (8-10 hours) after every 6-8 reservoirs of water.

Q: I can’t get the water reservoir back off and I don’t like to fill it with it attached because the whole thing gets wet and that’s how my last one broke

A: Hello Tara83- Sorry to hear you're having trouble with the reservoir. To remove it, just flip the top water inlet back and push it against the power handle, using the flip top as a lever.
