Great functional tool

I had an earlier model for several years until it failed. There was no question that I would replace it. It is cordless,works very well. Easy to fill and change tips. I find I use the plaque seeker tip always. Even after traditional flossing, brushing and rinsing the water pic still finds more particles. Not only do the teeth feel cleaner but the gums are healthier. Recharging is simple and straight forward.

Works well, the reservoir is smaller than my last unit, and it smaller than others I've looked at (didn't think to look closely at reservoir size until I kept running out of water so quickly)

I didn’t like this only because I have to keep filling it up with water in order to get to all my teeth. It doesn’t hold enough water. It’s awkward to hold it straight up and down to use the small amount of water that it holds.

A: Hello- Yes! You can add mouthwash to the reservoir, but it should be diluted with water at a 1:1 ratio. After using the mixture, rinse the unit with plain water and run it with the tip aimed at the sink. Q: I just bought mine today. I plugged it in to charge and the green light started flashing. Does that mean it's already charged?

A: Hello mem1 - The flashing light does not measure the amount of charge, it is there to let you know that it is charging. It is on a timer and will shut off after 20 hours. However, if the unit is unplugged during the 20-hour timer, it will restart when plugged back in. We recommend charging the unit for a full 24 hours before the first use.
