Hello Cindy11 - We are sorry that you are disappointed. Federal, state, and local governments regulate shower head GPM (gallons per minute). The amount of water allowed to pass through the J-pipe varies depending on location and regulations. When used simultaneously, the total flow rate will not exceed the rated flow rate, thus you will have half of the flow in each shower head. A: Hello nojo - Yes, all of our shower heads feature some means to adjust the angle of the spray. Simply loosen the base cone on the back of the shower head to reposition the angle of the shower and then re-tighten the base cone.
