Partially good, partially bad

We loved the showerhead and still do. Unfortunately, something we've never seen happen with a waterpik product. The holder where you place the handheld showerhead started spraying water out of a really small crack directly in the center of the holder when you remove the handheld to use. Each day the crack has grown more and more with more water spraying out. I was just going to buy a new one but now I'm not sure I want another waterpik product. They've mostly been good for us but this has been off putting.

Connector has a seam that leaks

I purchased one of these on an auction site and it worked fine for a while. Then it developed a leak (spraying all over the place) in the seam that runs down the center of the water source connector. I considered that bad luck, since it had worked, so I purchased another device from an auction site to replace that connector. This one leaked immediately from the start. So, I would say the product is defect-prone.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Excellent Showerhead - Works as advertized.

This one is very easy to fix. Well engineered product. It leaked initially, but once I focused on tightening the pivot ball it worked great! Congrats Waterpic, you made a fan here with your good products!

Installed the new showerhead a water poured out the back of the shower head bracket all over the wall upon examination it looks as if a ring is missing inside of the shower head bracket between the housing and concave insert for the pivot ball. will be returning this tomorrow

Easy to install and a great shower

We love this shower head. Easy to install with no leaks. Have used it for over a month now. You just have to bring the hand shower to change the modes, except that I have no complaints. Best value for money.

This product was given to us as a gift and we really enjoy it. It works as stated and we feel that it will be a great product for us. It was really easy to install and was ready to go within three minutes of us getting it out of the box!
