PowerPulse Massage Hand Held Shower Head

I have bought several items from WaterPik in the last 8 years, and have always been very happy with them. The quality and choice of products is excellent, and Customer Service is exemplary! I recently inquired about a showerhead issue. Not only was the service agent thorough and knowledgeable, he was professional in his manner, and extremely effective. I am delighted with my new handshower YAT-963ME. And I highly recommend WaterPik!

I received this Waterpik showerhead as a warranty replacement for my old one, which was much better. While the company's support and warranty process were top-notch, I cannot say the same for the quality of their new products. My old showerhead had a water pressure regulator knob on the bracket, which was the main feature I wanted in a new one. It allowed me to adjust the water flow from a full force of around 2.5GPM to a trickle, making it incredibly versatile. I usually used it between 50% to a trickle. This new showerhead, however, doesn't have a regulator knob. Instead, it has multiple jet modes, and the first and last modes can be used to slow down the water flow. But the "water-saving trickle" mode is a joke; it's loud, produces a strange clicking noise, and feels similar to how my old showerhead operated at 50%. Calling it a trickle is borderline false advertising. The lack of pressure regulation isn't the only issue. The showerhead leaked, despite following the instructions not to use Teflon tape and to hand tighten it. It continued to leak even after tightening it as far as it could go. I attempted to use a pipe wrench to tighten it further, but getting a grip on the plastic bracket with a rag around it was impossible. If I had tried to use the wrench directly, it would have shredded the plastic. After applying Teflon tape, the leak stopped. I have to say I'm disappointed with this warranty exchange. All I got from it was a cheap plastic showerhead and a bracket to hold it up, and I wasted two weeks waiting for this one to arrive. I cannot recommend this product, and I suggest looking elsewhere for a quality water-conserving showerhead.

A Necessary and a Great Choice after a fall. This handheld shower head works wonders for the aches and pains and a quick healing.

Excellent product can’t ask for better choice, 9 settings for your satisfaction. Out of them choices my favorite is the "PowerPulse Massage + Mist" it seems like you are under a rush of mist rain from the Amazon forest, it feels so good. So many other settings will fulfill your needs. I like to have an economy water saving at each end of these settings. GREAT VALUE, I highly recommend it ! ENJOY every minute of it !

Great device except the hose is way too short. Not happy with that

I purchased two of these a few months ago and one of them would leak/drip water directly from the head for an hour or two for about a month. And then it started leaking all day long! I have tried installing it again and it continues to leak and it is only a few months old! The second one doesn't leak constantly like the first one...just a very slow single drip far and few in between. Other than that, the water pressure isn't as strong as my previous one but it has a wide head so the spray radius is great.

It was easy to install. I love the variety of settings. Good value compared to others.

Installed this shower without any tools and no tape and I was so pleasantly surprised that there are no leaks!. The shower tube is also so flexible. The shower head has so many settings with a powerful massage setting that is so relaxing.
