Plastic parts are junk and broke

The diverter valve broke where it connected to pipe. The nut was steel but used a plastic connection tube inbetween pipe and shower head....Great shower head except for a 10 cent plastic part rendered this worthless and we needed to shower and lost out on an evening gathering. Not happy about the 200 dollar+ loss by a stupid plastic part. Make America Great again. Go steel

I love this showerhead. It has wonderful full flow and 3 settings. The pulse setting is so great for that tired back at the end of the day. And the hair wand is the best. My hair and scalp feel so much cleaner and refreshed using the power setting. The lower setting on the wand is perfect for rinsing your entire body. Great Product, definitely would recommend to everyone.

Didn't Last a Year!

I liked the product while it lasted, which wasn't long. We bought this in November of 2022. The shower head itself still works, but the wand does not. The button that allows you to change the settings on the wand is stuck in one position. We are unable to use 2 of the settings. I would not buy this again. It didn't even last a year.

Horrible bought on 11/9/22 and it has broken at second connection from a wall and is spraying almost as much water from there as the shower head.

Q: ls there another hair wand model that has a shut off on the wand itself? For a disabled person who is unable to stand there is no ability to turn the wand off without shutting the faucet off, which is problematic because the water temp has to be reset.

A: Hello WaterBug - Thank you for your question. We do not have a shower that can be completely turned off, while the water is running. Plumbing regulations prohibit the option of allowing a function to completely restrict the flow of water. Completely shutting off or restricting the flow rate to less than .5 GPM can allow scalding water to briefly burst out of the product when the flow rate is returned to full flow mode.
