Q: can you stop the flow of water directly on the diverter head?

A: Hello - Plumbing regulations prohibit the option of allowing a function to completely restrict the flow of water. Completely shutting off the water can allow scalding water to briefly burst out of the product when the flow rate is returned to full flow mode. This is due to the hot water rising to the top of the shower wall pipe. Due to these regulations, there will always remain a dribble always flowing.

Q: I have a chrome body wand, missing the lock nut (after a move). Is that available as a replacement part?

Q: Shower leaks around joint after connection to water supply outlet. Washer and diver are tight. Also leaks around wand connection hose at water source

Q: The Extra Wall Bracket that came with my shower wand # YHW-433E-SBW-383MEB from Costco shifted during the mounting process and is now permanently in an unusable position. Please tell me how to obtain another one.
