Great for short time

The brush head works well for a short time and wears out quickly. I didn't get a month out of each one of the heads. I ran them under hot water to put them back into usable shape.

Should have bought one sooner

Like the shape of the brush. Small enough to get to my wisdom teeth. Water pik also helps a lot to get out what’s between the teeth. Again, extremely helpful cleaning between the back teeth that are harder to floss.

1 Answer

A: Hello Kristin - We are sorry that you are having difficulty trying to remove the brush head from your toothbrush. You can try soaking it in distilled white vinegar for 10-15 minutes. Difficulty removing the brush head typically occurs when build-up from toothpaste accumulates. As indicated in the Owner's Manual, we recommend that you remove the brush head and rinse it thoroughly after each use. If you are still having difficulty, please let us know. You can email us at smreviews@waterpik.com or call us at (800) 525-2774 and we would be happy to help.
